A 90-DAY IDENTITY PLANNER JOURNAL

Practice to Become

What are you practicing to become?

You don't come to this because you're empty. You come because you're full.

Every three months, you get to choose who you are becoming and the one practice that builds it. Practice to Become is 90 days of showing up for that practice, the way I go after things: first we prep, then we practice in presence, then we make it COMFY, until the practice isn't something you do. It's who you are.

HOW TO USE IT

90 days. One daily practice.
Days 1 to 30Practice PrepGet close to you, own your story, prepare your mind and your space, stand on your WHY.
Days 31 to 60PresencePractice out loud and in community. People in practice become intentional people.
Days 61 to 90COMFYUntil the practice isn't something you do. It's who you are.
1
Before Day 1

Write who you are becoming and choose your one practice on the next pages. Write your Truths so you can read them out loud each morning.

2
Plan on the left

Each morning, fill in your planner page: your top 3, what done means today, your time blocks, your habits and today's practice.

3
Reflect on the right

Each evening, or whenever you sit with yourself, answer the day's question. Then use the two full pages: what I'm thinking, and how I'm feeling.

4
Track your % Myself

How far into your own skin did you live today, 0 to 100? No judgment. We are collecting evidence, not grades.

5
Review and check in

Every 7 days, a Weekly Review. Every 15 days, a check-in question. On Days 30, 60 and 90, a Checkpoint.

6
Missed a day?

Don't start over. Pick up today. We aren't practicing perfection. We're practicing familiarity.

Write it messy. Write it honest. Write it as a prayer if that is how you talk to God. There are no wrong answers in here, only honest ones. We aren't practicing perfection. We're practicing familiarity.

Jessica A. Ross

Thank you for practicing with me.

Thank you for investing your time and energy into the relationship you have with yourself and with those you serve. Every page you write on is evidence that you showed up, and showing up is how presence becomes a practice.

I'm Jessica A. Ross, Mrs. JAMGOOD, a speaker, presence coach and the founder of JAMGOODLIVING. I have spent 20 years speaking in front of people, from small rooms to crowds of thousands, and now I help others do the same: own their story, speak with confidence and show up fully present at work and in life. We don't practice perfection. We practice presence.
